The documentary was created by my friend Tamar Springer, Philip’s daughter. Tamar steps into the film as narrator, guide, and curator of her father’s incredible musical archive. Watching her bring this story to life makes it feel so personal and heartfelt.
The film takes you from Philip’s early days in the Brill Building in New York to his collaborations with major lyricists and an eight-decade-spanning music career.
